Hello! I have my GC interview in a couple of weeks (transfering from K1) and I have a couple of questions:

1) I understand that I don't need a new medical examination since I already did that in my home country as part of the k1 process. However, I'm not sure about vaccinations. I read in on of the threads here that even if you don't need a new medical exam, you still need to proof you have all the vaccinaton shot. Vaccination was also part of my k1 visa process, but how do I know I have all of them? I handed my sealed envelope at POE, so I don't know what it said. I'm assuming I don't need more shots if I didn't get any RFE from USCIS regarding vaccination or medical?

2) I'm in my 6th month of pregnancy which we want to say as one of the "evidence of marriage". Do we need any kind of note from the doctor that my husband is the father? :)

3) The invitation letter from USCIS says that I need to bring any immigration-related documentation ever issued to me. Is it just the visas in my passport and letters from USCIS? We have the ones related to AOS, but I'm not sure if we still have the ones related to K1 visa.

Thank you so much for your help!

Thank you so much for your help!

1.Your DS - 3025 should have all the vaccination records on it. I had my husband request a copy for himself just in case, but it should be with your K1 now AOS packet. As long as you received all the vaccinations upon your first medical and they didn't expire you should be fine. I would bring a copy of your medical stuff just in case though.

2. I have never heard any one needing evidence of proof of father during the interview. I think you should be fine. This would get way too complicated today with modern medicine (what if there was an egg or a sperm donor with IVF). It should be more about parenting together.

3. We have our interview in a week and I just made copies of everything for the K1 and AOS in case something is lost or missing.

Good Luck!
