Be honest about the whole thing, produce some proofs, hope that you don't get slapped with misrep because then you'll never see USA.

Assume that they will know the basics of traditional marriage but take any printed reference to the creation  and desolation that you can find.   Provide what proofs that you have that you conformed to those traditions.  Statements from elders ( are you in the village and have a chief that knows what happened ? )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

For prior marriages you need the divorce certificate

Another argument for why traditional ceremonies are not a good idea when trying to go for a K1. People really do pass it off as being officially married.

Seems that they need to follow the process outlined in the link to the USCIS case

And dissolve the bigamous marriage?

You having trouble reading the case in the link posted earlier ?

Nope

But there is sequence, divorce  before marriage.

The OP had the traditional in 2014 , it lasted 2 months and has not been married to someone else for 3 years ( so that happened in 2015 )   With a traditional marriage there is not filing or waiting,  you just call it quits and it is done and it seems to have happened before the second marriage.  The link tells her how to document that per a USCIS decision on another marriage.     Per those instructions there is no issue .

Can you back date such documentation? That seems the issue, the documents will be well after the 2nd marriage.
