Am us citizen file for green card for my wife , we been married now 5 years and live in usa

I have file for my wife base on marriage 5 years ago, for green card, its been a long itme since we did not hear from USCIS office after there first interview with us back in 2013 , case is pending since than, every year my wife renew the I765 for employment card

please advise if any one have same case like us

Just curious about your timeline.  You got married five years ago, filed the AOS, had an interview in 2013 and so far no decision?  Have you contacted USCIS, your state's senator, or an ombudsman for assistance?  How did you wife come to the US to get married?

My wife come to the usa with visa as visitor, yes we contact the congress office and all we get its pending and ask to check 6 month later, we have visit the uscis office and same think they tell us its pending,

I want to understand your wife came here on a visitor visa, and then got married on visitor visa to stay and do AOS?  Could the way she got here and married stayed to file AOS have anything to do with the reason its taking longer?

we don't know yet why its taking long, they not giving us any reason , all we get its pending, now that we been married 5 years have two kids and bought house together we have stable life we update all this with uscis but still pending 5 years this month

If I remember correctly your the 2nd person that has come in this year saying that they have had a multi-year AOS process going on. I have look back and see who the other one was they might could help you.

I am in some what similar situation as you.. my parents where here in the USA when I applied for them back in September of 2016 for there AOS.... still nothing this far. We had my fathers Interview on Jan 29, 2018..... and nothing for my mother.......... There EAD expired back in November of 2017.. and we sent renewals on 08/07/17 BUT STILL NOTHING..
