Diversity visa lottery with Nigeria citizen

Your problem is that more than 50,000 people are immigrating from Nigeria to the US each year, so the Diversity Lottery no longer applies - see below.

Your only options would appear to be  in the long-term marry a US citizen and apply for a CR-1 visa, or get engaged to one and apply for a K-1; or short-term find a employer willing to sponsor you; or an educational establishment you could study at. This is not an exhaustive list.

All of which rather begs the question of why you want to move to the US in the first place.

The diversity program was designed to give immigration benefits to applicants from underrepresented countries. So the more of your countrymen immigrate the less DV visas are given out, this fluctuation goes on until a country is no longer considered underrepresented, and the program ceases to apply to its citizens.

To answer your question, no there isn't any clear and easy pathway to immigration-- unless you have family in the US(which could take a decade or more in case of siblings or parents), or maybe you are a very wealthy individual willing to invest a huge sum of money in the US,  then it's possible. And I guess there's also the "special people" category, for when you're a Nobel prize recepiant, or a very famous actor and can sponsor yourself.

Remember, intending to immigrate on a non-immigrant visa (tourism, student's etc..) is considered fraud and could get you in a whole world of trouble.

For like 8 to 6 years now nigeria citizen has not been given chance to participate in USA visa lottery ,so I want to ask if there is anything is doing about it or not,or how can I go with or without lottery in easiest way.

DV visa based not on citizenship but place of birth... where is your place of birth or your parents place of birth?or you wife?
