My F1 Visa got terminated with reason "Authorized Early Withdrawal". Now I want to change to H4 Visa

I got my F1 Visa approved for 5 years and I have transferred to different college after coming to US and completed my graduation. Initially my OPT was approved for 12 months and I got approval for 24 months as part of STEM extension. Later my college got closed due to accrediation issue and my SEVIS was terminated with reason "Authorized Early Withdrawal". I have stayed in US for an additional 30 days after the termination date and my payroll was ran by my employer during that period. Currently I am in India and I want to apply for H4 visa and H4 EAD through my fiancee's H1.  Considering my situation, please let me know if it causes any problem in H4 application process.

Seeing a number of accredition lost college issues on various forums.. majority Indian nationals impacted. To be eligible for H4, you have to be married to a H1 holder.

Recently read an article about this issue. Seems they are cracking down on schools that are nothing more than fronts for obtaining students visas.

Thanks for the response. I will be getting married on March 1st week. Here I would like to know, will I face any problem in my H4 Visa Interview for staying and working in those 30 days after the SEVIS has terminated due to college closure.

And also, Should I answer Yes or No for the below question in  DS-160 form

Have you ever violated or overstayed unlawfully in USA ?

Sometimes there is a grace period of 15 days or so after a SEVIS termination. It depends on the reason for the termination.

You won't know until you go to your consulate, but 30 days is not many days.
