Any update on this week appointment? I checked the website but didn’t see anything

The embassy is still closed. Today is a holiday for them. Hopefully tomorrow we might hear something.

Thanks, didn’t think it was

No problem. I am not sure how the situation is in Haiti if the Embassy staff will be able to travel since they evacuated them. Let's keep our fingers crossed

My fiance appointment was this past Friday. God knows how much i am not like this situation in Haiti right now.

Hello Everyone,

Whoever starting this thread , hugging you. I wish i was part of a thread like that when I was doing the K1 process.

Best wishes to everyone especially now as things are not so good for Haiti  now.

I pray something will change our interview was the 14th and was also canceled i don’t even see the reschedule link but I spoke to a man last week at the support desk he said our medical was good for 6 months and that we should be informed when we can schedule because the consulate will need to open more slots for us who got canceled due to this so prayers continue for all

Most likely they will open next week hopefully. Since majority of the workers were evacuated and thing just started calming down on Sunday, they are probably going to monitor the country and see how things go.

I follow this news page, it really helps give me an insight on how Haiti is doing on the daily basis, hopes this is helpful. I notice today there was no major riot post, which means things are getting a lot better.

For sure soon you will get another interview date. I know the stress is real. Yesterday was a holiday so maybe that's why they didn't have new interview slots open. Hopefully today you find something .

Did anyone have a hard time with getting a medical done due to this ???? I know the doctor we used is open today and they confirmed the medical is good for 6 months also . I hope this week everybody gets done with everything and we can all be past this soon in the name of Jesus
