Yup, I’ve been that problem for the past 2 weeks. I contacted them and they got my info, but still no response.

Damn. I just checked for the first time this morning - we paid Sogeexpress yesterday and seeing that there are no appointments. What email or phone did you contact and what did you say?

I used the help link on traveldocs. I just said that there are no appointments available. They then emailed me asking for my case number, etc.

Appointments opened up today! Earliest is August 2. But, lots of availability throughout August!

Yes, I went back to March / April. You said you have the info of someone who either worked at the Police to get the paperwork or could help facilitate it. Thank you!

So still no response ! Waiting to know if  we’re approved or not . It’s way past the two weeks that they told us we would get a response . Called  the embassy . I keep getting transferred or hung up on . I literally hear the phone get picked up and hung up . Frustrating , any ideas ?? Went to a dual interview for k1 visa ( my fiancé’s second but first for me ) and the person interviewing us said that in two weeks we would know . Well it’s way past that .

That’s probably why they are taking so much time processing it. From what I hear if this is the 2nd time applying for a K1 visa they make a big deal out of it. Even if you have more than enough evidence to show you are in a legitimate relationship they still investigate every little thing. There’s different channels of protocol they have to follow, hopefully them taking this long is a good sign. Because if they found any red flags I’m pretty sure they would of contacted you by now. Hang in tight and try not to think about it to much.

I got my NVC case number on June 25 and the CEAC tracker still just says "AT NVC" and I haven't gotten an email (checking spam?) Could the email from NVC go to my fiance? How long did this take for other people?

I am not sure they will need you to show a copy of the NOA2 although sometimes they do, so fill the ds-160 your fiancee need tou sign and submit it digitally, sign up at traveldocs pay visa, schedule an interview and go do medical with packet 3 and the interview receipt.  

You should email the embassy and ask for packet 3 right now if you haven’t done so already.

On our packet 3, it says my fiance has to bring a confirmation of his profile creation (on ustraveldocs), I don't see how we do that on the website. Can anyone tell me how they got the profile creation confirmation?
