@Dee&Claudy yes I did choose a location when I originally set up. Thank you so much for answering

You will need to present your appointment letter (has bar code) which they will scan for them to release the documents to you.

My beloved sister its possible to get a divorce/dissolution extract and here it is. It's simple.

You can get a copy of your divorce/dissolution extract by applying in writing to the court which granted the divorce/dissolution. You should provide as much details as you can for example, names of parties, date of dissolution, place&date of marriage or partnership.

Get it and submit it immediately so his visa can be issued as soon as possible. I will even suggest you make/send a copy of the 221g to the court.

You are almost there.

My fiance has been divorced too. What did you bring in? And, what additional are they asking for? I don't totally understand.

Can’t they just use a certificate of divorce from the bureau of vital statistics? You can order one and have it sent to your house and have someone in your family send it to you dhl

You guys are together and will get through this that is basically an approval just you need to give that it will be okay be strong 💪🏼
