No it doesn’t say anything now, not even the dhl address I chose.

Its with a heavy heart that i say we were approved because apparently my fiance forget the second part to his birth certificate (extrait) at home. Im extremely upset at him as i went over everything he should of had in his folder.

What is the second part of his birth certificate? How many total pages?

Also, do you mind listing everything you had your fiance bring to the interview?

Any of you have a sample format to email embassy for packet 3 please?

To whom it may concern:
I (your name) (Petitioner) birthdate (mm/dd/yyyy) and (fiances name) (beneficiary) birthdate (mm/dd/yyyy) formally request packet 3 to be sent to this email address (your email address) once case is Ready. Currently case is "In Transit" according to ceac case tracker. Case # is (..................)
Thank You. (Your name)

You can either put case is "Ready" according to ceac case tracker or leave that part out entirely. But yeah that is what i came up with and submitted myself.

There is two. The one he forgot was the (extrait). List: Passport, two passport photos, appointment confirmation page, ds160 confirmation page, birth certificate with (extrait), receipt that he paid for visa, final divorce decree if either was divorced, Intent to marry letters (2) ( they asked him if he had it but they did not actually look at it), transfer receipts of money ive been sending him, affidavit of support with 3years tax returns (they did not ask for this) and finally chat logs. They also didnt ask for police report which we were unable to obtain anyways but he did say he heard others being asked for it.  But @Sej and @N&Rdorcy if you guys wanna chime in if i missed something or just want to add.

Thanks for all the feedbacks you're giving us. I'm getting all the paperworks ready to ship to him next week for his interview, do you know if I need to include a copy of NOA2 as well?

You got everything and obviously the medicals.  And make sure you don’t forget to bring the receipt you pay for the visa it’s important, I forgot about it but my fiance had it in an envelope by accident, lucky!!!

I sent in the original even and make sure we had a copy of everything, I mean we even had a copy of the everything sent in to USCIS just in case. It paid of that we brought everything because we had something that we didn’t even remember we needed but it all depends I felt like I wasted some money send papers to Haiti because they didn’t ask any of it but it help a way because it help my fiance picture what the case was like and know what they know and help answer a lot of question about my job, where I live etc. Because I wouldn’t remember all the need to know details, so sending everything mostly help for the unexpected or the interview.

My fiance told me that everyone is diferent at the interview and they ask different things so it’s hard to predict what they will need, if you are lucky they won’t ask you for anything extra.

Did you use DHL to send the document? How long did it take for your fiancé to received them?
