Hi did anyone give the CD they got from the medical exam place at the airport when they came in USA?

Nope the CD was for your record.  You only had to give the   package. I still have mine to this day.

P.s. Does anybody know what in the CD? I need to look at it soon. So Curious.

So when you apply for adjustment of status you just need the copy of DS 3025, you don't need another medical exam in the states?

I have a question. I just received the package to pay the visa fee and submit paperwork. They say I have to send my original divorce certificate from the US. How can I mail that to Haiti? There is no mail system.

Hi, some people are saying that there files are being transferred to Haiti, does that mean NVC is not holding the files anymore, and the embassy personnel went back to Haiti? Because the do not travel ban is still on for Haiti, so I'm a little confused. Ive been trying to call NVC, but can never get through.
