It’s completed in 12-14 days. Everything is sent electronically now so it’s not shipped out. At least that’s what I was told last year around late July

Is this answer for the case number or how long the case takes to get to Embassy?

Yes. Once it’s received at the NVC it takes 12-14 days to change/ be processed. Then it’s electronically transferred to Haiti.

Hello guys, I got an update on my case . so we received  our packet 3 via email last month 04/18/19. My fiance got the medical done at petit soeur the following Monday and  got the results 04/24/19 . we gathered all the documents asked on the packet and send them via DHL on 04/26/19 .the embassy called my fiance the following Monday to asked questions like if we were married before or have kids .after that they told him that they will call back to give him a date for his interview .they finally call today with a date May 30th, although the journey is not over but one thing I learned is patience ,so for those of you who's waiting for packet 3 start getting all your documents together once you receive your packet 3 get everything done as fast as you can .also the police certificate marked as  if applicable to the benefiary like if they lived in a different country before or had commit an offense/crime.we send :

original extract

foto copy of the picture page on his passport

2 passport foto

medical exam

hotel receipt/transfer receipt/chat record records/phone calls

we didn't have to send additional verifications since we were not married before and we dont have any kids

hope this help .
