Hello all,

I am currently on CR-1 base and have already submitted all my supporting documents last year in February for green card renewal. I still have not heard from USCIS. Does anyone know how long it is going to take? It has already been 350 days and my driving license also expires in about 25 days. 

 

Is anyone going with this dilemma? Please advise what to do. 

 

Your any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean removal of conditions?

Did you do the biometrics appointment?

biometric was done long time ago. 

 

 

Some offices have been taking a long time, did you check you biometric receipt case number at USCIS status website?

 

Also check processing times for your office and if you are out of processing time file a service request..
