Service Request Completed?

A week ago I placed a Service Request online and today I checked my case status on the website and it says the following:

 

On February 12, 2018, we sent a response to your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number #####.

 

I am assuming this means they mailed it. Does anybody have any experience with Service Requests responses?

Maybe they mailed it, emailed it, or did not do anything. My personal experience.

Every service request I made, the response was always emailed to me.

Check your junk folder in case it was put in there.  Mine usually were in my inbox after 6:30 pm

I did check the junk folder and there is nothing there.  Maybe it will come in later?

Me either. I also checked my spam folder. Nothing, even though USCIS said they responded to me today.

 

T2 officer also told me that there is no record of this SR at all, even though I can see it in my online tracker.

Yeah. Below is what I got on the online tracker. But not a single person on the phone, including T2, can find such a record. They gave me some interpretation, although I just do not know how reliable it is. I have been told my case was to be approved in 2~3 weeks by T2. Now 1.5 months later, still nothing.

Interesting. Maybe there is a delay in the email system? Let us know if you get your email. I will do the same.

I made a service request too however it ends in MSC which doesn't sound right because it's supposed to be transferred to my local office. It's almost 120days since i had the interview but i havent heard anything
