DHL Tracking number info

Hi I’m sorry if this is in the wrong area but I have a question about tracking the DHL package that contains the visa.  My husband had his interview Thursday February 8th and checking the website this morning ( Monday) it says his visa has been issued and will be sent through DHL to his location. The only thing is there’s not a tracking number and he hasn’t received one through email either. I’ve read on these forums that people have tracked it online themselves but that requires a reference number which I don’t have. Does anyone know where I can find that or who I can call?  The only reason I ask is that several people have stated they got the package way before the tracking number showed up and having him in Mexico is getting expensive. Any information would be great thank you!
