Update

Sent requested docs as requested on RFEs including med exam as it was on one of the RFEs requested.

  I485 and I130 approved and GC has been mailed  no interview.  I should receive GC by Tuesday next week. :dance:

 

My wife was sent to interview and we are just waiting for interview notice, it seems can take up to 26 months.  :blink:

Where can I translate my birth certificate to attach it with I-30 for my mom?

Do I need to include any other documents? My mom is widowed.

Petition for Parents

Feb.23,2018- Mailed I-130 for Parents in Chicago

Feb.26,2018- Packet delivered

March 5,2018-Got a text from USCIS sayin case was received.Then for 8months I heard back

Oct.3,2018-I got mail from USCIS  (Approval Notice) The petition has been approved for my dad and that they sent the application  to NVC in Portsmouth New Hampshire

I just got the approval letter for the petition!!! :) petition approved!!! I know this is just the beginning of the next steps.

But it's good to see that there has been some updates.  :)  

IR-5 Petition Parent (this is going to be a long journey)

02.12.2018 - I130 form sent (via USPS) 

02.21.2018 - I130 form delivered (via USPS) mail shipment delayed delivery

02.23.2018 - NOA1 Date 

02.24.2018 - Text Notification received 

03.05.2018 - NOA1 Received

10.05.2018 - NOA2 Received (NOA date 10.02.2018) -- Petition approved.  Petition sent to NVC in Portsmouth, NH

We have not received our case number yet. NOA2 was receive 08/20 and sent to NVC on 08/29.
