February 2018 Filer - US Citizen - Petition Parent - I-130

I am USC & planning to file petition for my parents who live outside united states. What are the documents we need to include with the petition. I read online but its all confusing please can somebody help me with the document checklist. Do we need to submit I-864 with  I-130 or later.

I don't know if you can now file i131.

You can call USCIS and ask.

I wanted to share a good news. The status on my mother's I485 got changes this morning to 'New Card Is Being Produced'. So happy and relieved now. I130 status is still unchanged and it says 'Case Was Received'. My mother's timelines are in my signature below.

I live in Chantilly, VA

Probably, that is the reason for quick processing.

I am in Phoenix and the officer told me it's a long road.

Congrats! My question was first I have to file I-130 then it’s approved do I need to submit I-485 & I-864 as parents are abroad.

 

or the I-130 & I-864 go along now then later I-485.

Update:

Both I-130 for my parents approved on 08/20/2018.

 

The status was updated on myaccount.dhs.uscis.gov and not the regular USCIS case status.

This is not an adjustment of status related I-130.

Update,

 Received notice,  text and email my EAD (I-765) is in production 08/23.  

Wife's EAD came in a month ago.

Update:

 

 RFE for both  I485 and my I130 email states 08/31 as request date, would this affect the EAD even when approved and sent to production a week ago?

I cant find any March 2018 filers.

I would love to join this group. I filed my petition for my mom last March 1

Im just waiting for the receipt to move on to the next step.

My mistake PD is March 5 

Prolly you will hear soon we’re on the same area and service center. Update us when you get an update. 😊 happy to hear from a March filer
