12 Oct 2017 -- appeared for interview for visitor Visa
12 Oct 2017 -- received blue slip to submit documents to mumbaitech@state.gov
22 Oct 2017 -- Submitted all documents to mumbaitech@state.gov , no acknowledgement received
3 Nov 2017 -- Contacted support-india@ustraveldocs.com via phone. They said to send them email with the scanned blue slip and documents again
5 Nov 2017 -- got response from support-india@ustraveldocs.com that my case is under processing
28 Nov 2017-- no update from mumbaitech@state.gov or support-india@ustraveldocs.com
28 Nov 2017 -- sent documents again to mumbaitech@state.gov using different ID and received automated acknowledgement saying they will review and get back to me.

 

10 Feb 2018 followed up again and received same standard response that my application is in administrative processing

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.
