What should i put as a race?

In 129f form there's a question for petitioner regarding what his race is. Well he is hispanic and i checked it already in the enthencity part. But there's another one in race and he should pick white,asian,black or African american,American Indian or Alaska Native or Native hawaaiian. I mean there is no part for hispanic what should he pic? Thanks

Hispanic is a generic term:

 

I would say people from Philippines are Hispanic and race Asian.

 

I would say people from USA who came form Mexico would be Hispanic and race would be White

Hispanic or latino is not a race, is an heritage.

 

my venezuelan born husband is white,  christina aguilera blond and sky blue eyes. So he is a white latino.

 

latino is not a race so, he can check latino ans being, white black or asian.

 

Im also latina with a white latina mom and a native latino dad. I identify myself as white.

More than likely, unless he is from Africa, China or Hawaii, or Native American or some other area in the world.

Depending, 

 

he is definiteluy latino but depend the color of his skin. If he is black, is black, if its light...well white it is or native (taino descendants).

 

whatever he identify himself with

OMG hispanic or latino is not a race, you can find black, white, blond, yellow, brown, or any color, for race since he is latino he could be white and native american, but since he is from puerto rico and most puerto ricans looks black you can put black or black and white.

My asawa picks Asian even though she looks Hispanic and her tatay was Mestizo.
