Hey everyone, I received the NOA2 January 10, 2018. I just looked on www.uscis.gov to see my case status today, it says "Case was sent to The Department of State."

One month later.

 

My question is how long does it take for the case to reach the visa center from Texas Service Center?

 

Online, it says the case was sent on February 1, 2018.

usually, 4 to 6 weeks depends on how lucky u r. my NOA2 approval was 29 of NOV they send my case on January 12 and they received it on 23rd but after that another weeks waiting for case number which i still waiting

Wow so you were SUPER lucky it only took 11 days for you

are you checking the CEAC site? you need the CSBxxxxx   number to check this site

the USCIS site no longer has your case and informaiton is not available to the Texas office anymore

Where do i get CSB number?they didn't give me case number yet

You get you Dept. of State case number from NVC.  CSB is Casablanca, MNL, Manila, GUZ, Guangzhou etc.  The first three letters indicate the Consulate and the numbers follow.
