No.

Not required. You can look on USIS web site under reciprocity subject and find out what is necc. for all countries regarding police reports etc.

Also there is dependent info available on the web.

My fiance worked 2 years in UAE and 8 months in Kuwait. The subject was brought up during interview last week and we had compiled a lot of paperwork testifying to the fact that is is ALMOST impossible to accomplish the task of obtaining a police report out of these countries unless you are a citizen of or have a relative who is or someone who lives in the country as a citizen whom you can give official power to act for you.

Our interviewer never asked anything more about the subject than how long in each country.

Yes, that is a difference. Although i doubt if it will matter. I may not have been clear in my original statement......happens often

After all the trouble we went through to compile this information, the interviewer didnt even ask for any of it. Just asked Have you worked in any other country? to which my fiance answered yes, Ive worked in Kuwait and UAE. She was looking right at the I-129 when she was asking this so she already had the details.

That was the end of the discussion about the subject so we didnt need the paperwork we brought with us. Which is not to say you wouldn't with a different interviewer. Who knows, I always like to be overly prepared.

The best place to start as far as documents goes is the USIS site . They have to believe that, right?

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country.html

just click on the country your interested in then on next page click on police reports.

Other than that i just googled my countries of interest attaching police reports to the subject and looked through the results.

We even contacted the UAE embassy here in manila who basically told us the same thins we had already found out on line.

I cant remember what the issue was with Kuwait embassy, maybe there isnt one?

Hi how are you now? Did you get your police clearance certificate from kuwait or no need at all I'm waiting also for my schedule for my k1 visa interview .I hope to hear you and share your experience. Thanks

My fiancee got her police clearance certificate in kuwait.  U can only get it if u have a current residency visa and civil ID.

Howto:

U take your NVC welcome letter to the US Embassy in Bayan 1-3pm Sun-Thursday, pick up a request letter addressed to the CDIG in Dajeej. Make a copy of your passport bio page, visa page, and civil id, along with a passport photo (kuwait-style with blue background), take to CDIG office in Dajeej 730am and file the request, come back in 1 week to pick up the certificate.

The same info, in Tagalog: https://youtu.be/tGz1de-9ybE
