i am an American living in USA , my girlfriend lives in Belarus . what is quic kest method for here to obtain Visa to visit me ? she applied prior for a tourist visa , denied but no reason . perhaps it was a matter that she waa told by morons in Poland or Belarus to say that she did not know anyone here and was only sightseeing . she owns 2 homes there , has a daughter of 23 , has had a good job there for 15 years .

If she only wants to visit then tourist visa is the only option. Though at this point she will keep getting denied.

You might have to visit her if you want to meet.

Sounds like she is a good candidate for a Tourist Visa,  Why don't she apply again

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

i have been there several times . why is she being denied ? she is a bonafide person , good job , owns 2 houses , has many local roots . why if she is considered a risk ? we usually meet in Poland and take a 2-3 holiday at least twice a year . crossing the border into Belarus is an act of God and just totally silly .  especially for the 5 days allowed . is there a quicker procedure other than Fiancé visa ? this takes so long with the uscis form .

It takes long because they need time to do background checks and make sure all the paperwork is filed correctly. Plus your application isn't the only one. There is a huge line.

Fiance visa is considered to be the fastest even though it takes anywhere from 6 to 9 months. Longer if necessary.

She is considered an immigration risk because of you - her USC boyfriend.

Agree with @Roel.  There is no faster option other than the K1. And because you are her boyfriend and are looking to possibly marry her soon, it makes her a risk of using the tourist visa to enter the US and stay. That is why she will likely keep getting denied.
