Yeah - I remember at the time hoping that really was a troll because otherwise there was some abuse or people trafficking going on there.

Yeah I know there are times I read things hoping it’s a troll

Yep, there have been many OMG that I believe were real.

I've gotten some good information from about 30% of you and I thank you very much. This forum does help people in certain cases and saves time and money with lawyers who don't return phone calls.

And to the haters on here, you are insignificant.

And to the haters on here  with small dicks and/or haven't been laid in eons,  I hope you get hit by a truck. Not just a clean truck but a greasy one so that your paralysis is also accompanied by slow painful infection.   Toodles !

Not sure that last bit is Family Friendly.

Well in the VJ ToS kind of way.

My Bible, should be yours.

I think you mean inconsequential not insignificant but anywho 😁

Boiler is right the original version so not family friendly also indicates that you don’t really consider us inconsequential  but man you should. Our opinion doesn’t matter the usem does it if you are a troll you shouldn’t care about being called out.

Heres where we're at.

from some of the good answers on here it looks like I need to withdraw my K1 petition for Visa. Then I can start the k-3 or C1 process. So that's what I'm looking at doing because unless you're Jesus Christ on the cross you've made mistakes before... yes?   ( or Allah or Tom Cruise.....whatever )

So does anyone know the specific mechanics of terminating our own K1 Visa case ?

Thank you again in advance !

It depends how many times your wife is married.

No one has pity on you. No one is perfect.

If you are real, and really wanted to do it the right way, you would have researched the different avenues of bringing her over legally, including what steps you had to take BEFORE marrying her during your K1 process.

Bad decisions breed stupidity. Good luck with whatever it is you're really up to.

shouldn't call someone stupid I guess

You didn't make a mistake though, did you. Yours was a deliberate move to attempt to get around the process.  And you'll be filing for a CR1, K3's are pretty much obsolete. Be prepared for some pretty intense scrutiny as well.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Nice capture, Boiler. Helps to know the sort of person we are really dealing with.

You email the embassy and withdraw the underlying petition, then you get your ‘wife’s’ first marriage divorced or annulled, then you get your marriage to her annulled, then you remarry, and then you file for spouse petition once you get confirmation that the fiancé petition is withdrawn. Then you hope and pray they don’t care about your intentional attempt to circumvent immigration law

They'll care. If the Mrs actually attended an interview for a fiancee visa full well knowing she was already married, and to two separate people at the same time as well, yep, they'll care.

I know but he serms to think they won’t and I was tired of making the point ☺️
