yes that's exactly what we did once we realized our error. I hung on to the remote hope that they did not update their PSA statistics quickly. So if I went straight to the spousal Visa do I have to cancel the K1 petition process somehow ?

And to the question on the new Spousal petition when they ask about having already applied for a VISA in the past, ....how would you handle that?
