I-601A Processing Time. Guatemala

We finally received our Biometric appointment!  I did not realize it would be in less than 2 weeks 🙀 notice, but we will make it work! How is everyone else fairing?

I wanted to give a feedback. 601a was received January 16th 2018 no approval yet waiting for nine months. This is taking so long hope yours get approved soon.

Did you or your lawyer contact USCIS? I think you can request an inquiry on your case since it is outside the processing timeline. Good Luck!

Done 4 inquirys already. They have load work and are behind 😔

Yes!! Got my approval on December 11th. 11 long months

hi, one question my step father sent form i601a mid july 2018 and he has not received the receipt letter. what should we do? there is no way to track his case. thanks

Do you have tracking number from postal service? Did you go to biometrics appointment? If you have tracking number from postal service, you can call USCIS and report missing mail.

the lawyer said he sent it, i dont have anything from them  he has done the bios yet

02/4/2019 approved 

letter mailed on 2/11/2019 no changes on app. Or online.

That is so long!  Did you call ?  Did they cash the money? Do you have a lawyer
