I visited the Philippines in 2010, and September-2013. I went back to the USA for three months. Then January 2014 I came back to the Philippines wherein visited in September. Then I went to Valencia City Bukidnon Mindanao where I stayed for three months. My wife was from where I had visited in September. I saw her on Facebook, and I recognized her name, and she told me she was related to that people with whom I had been visiting. We got to talking, and she suggested I come to Manila to meet and get acquainted, so  did! We were married in the Courthouse wedding June 3, 2014, and in the Assembly of God Church, well actually Nestos, Hilltop Hotel with the Assembly of God Church Pastor Officiating June 14, 2014. My wife's mother didn't want us to leave her and go to the USA while he was alive. She died from cancer September 2016, and after that we started making plans to go to the USA. It lol us a while because we needed o work on the house, pay furniture, get my Wells Fargo Bank Account opened, gf Wells Fargo Credit Cards, and Bank of America credit cards, and now we are ready, have filed Petitions, and oping and praying for fast approval, and then we will complete the process and be on our way to the USA!

Goodluck to all of us! Did you file this March or February?

This is Saturday so we won't hear today or tomorrow, but I am hoping for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

We got ours on the 18 days after, so yours could get approved next week hopefully! Or maybe next next week. Hoping for positive news from you soon, goodluck! :)

This is Monday March 12, 2018! This is 18 days after we filed our Petitions! I am watching my email inbox constantly! I was hoping this was the day? It is now after 3 p.m., so I don't know if we can still hope for today, or how late in the day they might notify us that our Petitions are approved? We will keep hoping, praying, and watching! yesterday we bought 500 sheets of copy paper to print our I-864s and other documents on, as well as three manila envelopes to put copies of our documents in. We also bought load for my laptop, which would not connect to the internet, but after uninstalling all the programs I could afford to lose, it now connects with my pocket wifi, and also my broadband stick. We have I-864s from the Sister the joint sponsor at our house, but we can't get there for a few days because I got really sick, and had to have emergency surgery to cut out some hardened infection, soft infection, and dead tissue. I can stand for a while, I can sit on a hard surface for a while, but I can't sit on a soft chair because that makes me bleed. So, we are praying for complete healing and recovery, so that we can go home to finish preparing for the interviews. It is an hour's drive to our place from here in Roxas City, and the rough roads with a tricycle would kill me, so I need to heal some more and get strong. The doctor tried to deaden me, but three times his cutting on me hurt so badly it made me cry out! My wife has been pulling white stuff off, and at first that made me bleed, and she was afraid constantly that she was hurting me. She asked me if it hurt constantly, and most of the time I told her it didn't, and when it did hurt I told her it was okay, I was okay, and now it doesn't hurt anymore, and only bleeds when I sit in a soft chair, so I am going to be just fine, and the hole they cut in my behind will heal soon. I just want us to go home, so we can finish preparing for the interviews!

I hope you'll get better soon. Mine got approved after 25 days and I have a friend who got their approval at the 30th day. I am still waiting for the case number, can't do anything yet. Let's just be patient and focus on your healing first. Good luck to our visa journey.

We are waiting in Roxas City, unable to go home yet because I am not healed sufficiently. This is day 19 since we filed our Petitions! We are watching, hoping, praying, and waiting each day, wishing this would be the day. So far I am not getting the email that I want notifying me that our Petitions are approved! but it will come, and we will be so happy! We will then be waiting for our Manila Case Numbers so that we can complete the DS-260 online, schedule our appointments, schedule with St. Luke's, and complete the process. My wife has taken the CFO Seminar, and she only needs the sticker when she gets her visa! We have the certificate that she completed that meeting. Then our 14 year old needs the peer counseling and the sticker, and our 9 year old needs simply to get the sticker! It is difficult to wait, but we are waiting. I am not healed well yet, but I still want to get the notification of the approval of our Petitions we filed February 22, 2018! We are mostly ready now for the interviews, just needing to print and copy. We are hoping to hear today before this day is finished!
