Trouble getting bank letter for I 134

Does anyone have any advice on how to get a bank letter for the I 134 affadavit of support? We have a co-sponsor but it looks like we still need information for our New Zealand bank account. We are both living together in New Zealand and not sure banks here will be able to give us the documentation.

 

I-129F Sent: July 5th 2017  

I-129F NOA2: January 19th 2018

Interview date: March 8th 2018 - Result is APPROVED!!! 

POE USA: April 23rd 2018

Marriage: May 18th 2018

AOS NOA1: May 30th 2018

AOS Biometrics: June 21st 2018

EAD Received Date: June 07 2018

EAD NOA1: June 13th 2018

EAD Biometrics: July 6th 2018

Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview as of October 11th 2018

What I had to do was make an appointment at my local banking center. You may have to do that.

I will call tomorrow and ask. My fiance was worried that the banks would laugh us right out of the local branch. It's not a typical request here.  We have a massive mortgage with them so maybe they will be super nice about it.
