Well, as anyone here will tell you, that's the USCIS for you. Basically the only thing you can do is wait, until your petition gets outside of "normal" processing time (whatever that is, I don't know) and have your fiance call them. But hopefully before that you get an approval notice. Just keep waiting, there are many other people in your situation as well.

Well, look at the bright side, next year when you all are celebrating Valentine's Day, this will all seem so far away. And like I said, you can try calling them and speaking to a Tier 2. Also, the July 2017 I-129f filers' forum is a good resource as well.

Unfortunately yes.  May and June have some processing issues at USCIS.  July seems a little better but August seems to be getting the most attention now.  We are day 253 and Trinab80 is day 265.  We are outliers but we understand your frustration.

In a normal world a July 3 filer should have a good chance of POE but February 14.  This is not a normal world right now.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
