quickest and best route from Belarus

i am an American living in USA , my girlfriend lives in Belarus . what is quic kest method for here to obtain Visa to visit me ? she applied prior for a tourist visa , denied but no reason . perhaps it was a matter that she waa told by morons in Poland or Belarus to say that she did not know anyone here and was only sightseeing . she owns 2 homes there , has a daughter of 23 , has had a good job there for 15 years .

Two paths...  K-1 or CR-1.  Pros and cons to both...  You are the only one who can decide what you can live with based on the differences

if all paperwork was timely and in order ., what is the quic kest way for her to come to USA?  we will probably marry but option should be open there . .how many weeks or months are we talking about  ?

i work for the us government and it is still a nightmare to find out procedures for my girlfriend to get a visa quicvker .
