As others said it's unlikely you will be denied. The important thing is to travel with ties. In most cases nobody gets asked more than a few questions. Your trip is only a few weeks and you haven't spent that much time in the US. So no real flags. You are also from a low fraud country which helps.

Yea for sure. I have as much evidence for my home ties as I can possibly get. I live back with my parents right now so that's a bit of a concern as I have no rent or mortgage agreement. But everything else, work, daughters school, car, parental agreement. So fingers crossed!

Just wanted to update and let you know that I entered the USA without any problems whatsoever.

This is how it went

"Who's address is this on your declaration?"

"That's my husband's"

"How long ago did he purchase this property?"

"He is living with his parents"

"Have you visited the address before?"

"Yes"

"Lake Elsinore is so peaceful. Its a great place! Why don't you get citizenship for you and the child? It would make things easier for you when visiting. Too many people hold off and I'm never sure why. Families should be together."

"I agree. I have pending visa applications."

"Oh that's ok then, well, welcome back and have a great stay"

No proof required, no return ticket asked.

Alllllll good.

Oh wow, they really asked you that!?

POE is LAX. They've always been quick and painless. The only times I've really ever encountered any problems, has been when I've traveled into places with my spouse.

(from Mexico into Cali, from UK into new York and Cali to London) my husband is mexican descent, so hes always questioned where he comes from, if his parents are mexican / Persian/ Arab. That kind of question. When he has a beard, it's ten times worse! No joke! He's been stuck in London for hours being questioned, twice now! They would never admit it's because of his race, but it is blatant by the questions that they ask. He's always so calm and honest about everything and he finds it quite amusing. I'm the one that doesn't so much but I guess I'm more defensive!

I wrote a reply and then saw that you'd entered successfully after.

So congrats! Enjoy your trip
