All of these questions are answered in the guide and in the instructions. Read those first and ask questions later if anything is still unclear.

By the way, the I-129F is filled out by the US citizen. He must petition for you. The I-129F is not the same as the visa application. Your fiancé needs to read the guide and the instructions.

we still dont reach the 2 years yet. sad :(

You don't need to be a couple for more than 2 years. You just need to have met in the past 2 years.

Don't worry. Read the guides together with your fiancé. You'll do fine.

What do you mean by this?

Read the requirements for K1 visa in the following link.

https://www.uscis.gov/family/family-us-citizens/fiancee-visa/visas-fiancees-us-citizens

One of the requirements is that:

You and your fiancé(e) met each other in person at least once within the 2-year period before you file your petition.

Have you met each other within the last 2 years?

Also, this is a link to the Philippines forum on this site. You can get much more country specific information here. And if you have trouble with English there might be some people to help you understand better.

Sorry guys, you're the only ones top of my head that are petitioning from the philippines. Any way you can direct her to some one who speaks her language cause I'm afraid she's misunderstanding us.

How many times do we need to tell you? The requirement is that you have “met at least once within the last two years”.

Either you are having trouble understanding English or you are not reading the replies here. Your fiance should be doing the paperwork anyway.  It’s perhaps a good thing that you don’t anyway since your English reading comprehension appears to be limited.

The Philippines thread here is awesome. Check it out if you haven’t yet.  There are people there who hang around just to help us Philippines people.  They allow Tagalog and Visaya to be spoken there.
