Welcome ^_^

As JFH said, this guide will be your bible for the next months. Read it carefully and read it multiple times.

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Then go to the online form and read that through including the instructions carefully. They read it again.

https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f

Go through these documents one step at a time. Don't rush things. Just relax and read. Its a lot of information and a lot of documents to gather. It will take you a while. Just breathe and if you have questions dont be afraid to ask.

EDIT: Don't forget to put your (or your beneficiaries) countru of origin in your profile. That will help you a bunch since some embassies are more difficult than others.

There's also monthly topics of people who have just filed or will file that month. You can gather there to get some advice from people who have just filed.

Good luck and enjoy the wait

From what I know there's no online app. You can fill out the form on your computer. But you need to print it and sign it before sending. So you will need a physical paper form sent in.

Can anybody help me from this im just new here. Thank you.

To add to this    keep your photos, itineraries, boarding passes, letters etc and anything else that will prove your relationship ..you will need these when submitting your i129f packet.

Please review the fees of all forms and also review up and coming fees. Some couples don't realize they may have to travel for medical exams and pay fees in addition to the original i129f. Another item is make sure you can sponsor (financially) if not start looking for someone that might be able to assist with that.

Have you met?

I-129F does not require proof of relationship evidence.  It requires only that you provide evidence that you have met once within the past two years..  Letters, chats, etc..  do not do this

To the OP:

Best that your fiancee get an account here as everything for the first part HE must do.  Also, find the Philippines Regional Forum for Philippines specific questions

It is within the past two years...  Not required to be a couple for two years

All of these questions are answered in the guide and in the instructions. Read those first and ask questions later if anything is still unclear.

By the way, the I-129F is filled out by the US citizen. He must petition for you. The I-129F is not the same as the visa application. Your fiancé needs to read the guide and the instructions.
