When I first filled out the form, the instructions said "If you marked yes on (whatever question), fill in ...". But I had marked no, so I left the following questions blank. But then I saw on here people saying that you must write "N/A" in the blanks. The instructions say to write N/A unless otherwise directed, and it seems to me that the instructions on the I-129F form tell me to leave the questions blank, since I didn't mark yes. Has anyone left the answers blank and gotten the form accepted?

Also, I have the front of my long form birth certificate scanned while filling out some other form a while ago. The front has all the info, do I really need to scan the back? There's nothing in the instructions stating this, and I don't have my birth certificate with me right now.

Thanks!
