NVC Case Created (Number assigned): May 10th 2018 = Case Status "At NVC" (Received: May 9th 2018)

NVC Email (Sent to CD Juarez): May 15th 2018 (Case Status "In Transit" and "Ready" in the same day)

 

CD Juarez Embassy Received Case: May 16th 2018

(Day that i made the payment and schedule the interviews; you need the DS-160 Confirmation number and a account in the Immigrant appointment site)

 

Request of "Embassy Letter": May 17th 2018

CD Juarez Embassy Submitted "Embassy Letter" to us: May 21st 2018 (I just found out)

 

So basically we are just waiting for the hard copy of the Letter to buy the tickets and flights. Also asked the embassy a couple of minutes ago and they confirmed that my baby doesn't have to do anything, that i just have to tell in the Embassy and CAS when they receive the case that the petition and process is just for me.

 

For the appointments, a week ago was availability for mostly the 3rd and 4th week of July.. i was lucky and caught someones cancellation for the 3rd, by now there's just appointments for the 30th and 31st of July. Hope you get your NOA 2 soon so you can schedule for early August.
