I130 Married Children on TN Visa

I would like to know that if this is a dual intent or not:

 

- currently on TN visa working in USA

- My mother 'US Citizen' wants to apply for my GC (I130 for married children); it will take 10-12 years.

- At the time of TN renewal ( in 3 years) would that cause an issue as Dual intent for TN Visa? I am not applying for GC, my mother is filing. 

 

Need clarity.

When did your mother become a US citizen? Before or after your birth? If it was before your birth, I think you already might be a US citizen and may have to claim it. I maybe wrong tho.
