I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I believe my husband has gotten to the point where he no longer needs my assistance in remaining in the US or travelling to Europe. He has all of the evidence to support the marriage (tax returns, bank account etc.) In addition, he has his own accounts (secret of course) Visa app to get into Europe, International Driver's Lic. etc. At this point I would like to withdraw my participation in the process and let him sponsor himself if he intends on staying here. He currently has the 2y green card, soc. sec. number his own insurance, credit etc. Can someone please tell me what forms I need to fill out?

Not sure exactly what form you are seeking. But, if you are talking about withdrawal of the I-864 (Affidavit of Support), then it's not possible. The I-864 is binding until the beneficiary has either (a) worked 10 credits; (b ) naturalized; or (c ) leaves the country and abandons his LPR status.

I-864 support only stops on one of these conditions:

1) Spouse Naturalizes and becomes a citizen

2) Spouse leaves the country and abandons LPR status.

3) Spouse dies

4) Supporting US citizen dies

5) Spouse is credited with 10 years (40 quarters) work in the USA.

Thanks for the responses on this. By "assisted" as we all have done, we helped our spouse or fiance come to the US through whichever VISA process we chose. Later we provide emotional, financial and other support to adjut to life in the US. I don't want to use the word "fraud", but I do feel he benefitted more from the marriage than I did.

Well it sounds like it doesnt matter if you were saying I take this man, for 2 years or until his adjustment...you are the sponsor, and the sponsor you shall be until you meet the requirements to not be. Don't get into trouble or allow him to get you into trouble. I really hope this is a case of it didnt work out. I'm not here to help my SO get into the country. I love him he loves me,, for us, it makes more sense to live in the usa then europe, because we have a business in the usa. But, if he cant come here, I will be there. I have the feeling,, you werent willing to do the same..Good Luck
