Hi all,

I'm trying to plan my life basically :jest:

I was wondering typically, how long I should expect to wait from my interview (provided I get approval) until I have my documents posted back to me?

Thanks,

Mel

Mine was supposed to arrive on the 6th calendar day, but the truck broke down so it didn't come that day. Stuff happens so you never know. Computers go down. The visa printing machine breaks. All visa issuance put on hold for a couple of weeks due to a security breach of the system. I've seen a lot of quirky things. But we used to keep a thread for two years in the UK forum and of the over 100 posted, 7 days was the average. It's never a for sure thing, but gives you a rough idea. Check your CEAC status. It will say "ready" even after interview. It can change to AP for a couple of hours to a day. "Immigrant" will change to "Non-immigrant" and means it's almost there. "Issued" means it's printed and ready to turn over to the courier. That may happen next day with delivery the next after that.
