Hi is there anyone here had an experience travelling outside usa specifically going to the Philippines while in the process of removing the conditional status? What are the documents that you needed to bring aside from the expired green card and extension letter? Does anyone had an issue      On the airline staff checking documents? Or immigration officer from philippines ? This removal of status is driving me crazy because i need to travel outside usa but haven’t received my green card yet it is already 6 months.

This is a fairly common issue and no need to worry at all. My asawa and I flew back to the Philippines when she was in the middle of her Removal of Conditions as well with no issues going in and she had no issues flying back to the USA without me. What visa did you come in to the USA with, was it a K1 or a CR/IR1 visa? If it was a K1 visa and you got married have you filed for ROM with the Consulate yet, and have a married name passport? If not then that is fine and there won't be any problems. Make sure you book your tickets in the name that is in your PASSPORT and not green card.

The documents you need to bring with you when flying is your expired gc, your extension letter, and your marriage license if still on maiden name passport. Once you arrive at NAIA submit you passport and all that to immigration upon landing. Then when you fly out of the Philippines submit all that information again to the airline staff. Only once have I ever heard of someone not being able to fly out again and that's because she didn't give the airline staff all her documents when flying out saying that she needed to do CFO again. So they forced her to miss her flight because she did not question it and just accepted it(as told by the husband). So make sure you submit EVERYTHING to airline staff.

Where in the Philippines are you from po?

You don't need the temporary stamp unless you are planning on going to Pinas about the time the letter expires. The processing for her conditions went really good and took about 10 months at the time(it is longer na) but overall it went ok with no interview. She has her 10 year gc na and thinking about filing for citizenship. My asawa is from Davao so we fly into Manila and then right back on a plane down to Davao.

Don't stress to much because of all this because it's fairly straight forward. You just need to make sure to bring all your documents just in case, and you know how the Philippines is by needing just one more document. So you might as well have everything before you go.
