Hellow every one my DOB is 01Feb1997

And I130 apply date 04May2016

Approved on 14 OCT 2016

My age is 21 on 01feb2018 but i have time still 10July.....If any one have experience must reply me thanks

You have a fast approval. Only 5 months. So CSPA only protects you for 5 months or it is 21 + 5 months. So you are correct that anything after July of this year you will have aged out.

So from approval in oct 2016 you still have not got your interview ?Is process completed in NVC?

So i guess your PD is 05/04/2016. Final action date for March bulletin maybe at 03/31/2016. Hopefully, your visa will be available before 07/01/2018 where you are protected by CSPA. I believe they will stop counting your age at the time your visa is available.
