Changing jobs 2018 while waiting for NOA2

pay stubs, W2's, bank deposits, letter from employers. these will provide the information they need and want.

If you dont have proof of current income.... I'd be concerned.

I am not sure if you've read my original post, but my fiancé is self employed as a business owner so we can't have letter from employers.

We are also very aware that his income is not going to meet the requirement so we have a co sponsor. We will still bring my fiancé's current income proof/bank deposits to the interview, but his current income is not stable yet since he just started his business.

My original question was if I needed to send the information telling USCIS that he changed his job (From being a student to a business owner). The person above told me we don't have to send the information to USCIS since we need to provide that at the interview. As I am going to have an interview soon, I just came back to this post and re-read her advices as a reminder.

ah ok. no, you dont need to let them know, as long as co sponsors finances are  good, its not an issue. just take everything to the interview in case they want it.

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

10/14/21 Mailed to AZ PO Box. Let the waiting begin. Again.

10/16/21 Received at PO Box

10/19/21 Received Text NOA1

10/23/21 Received Mailed NOA1
