I'm not sure how to explain my feelings right now as I was told to expect the NOA2 to come Mid June.

I just opened the mail and opened a letter from home land security with the crisp green paper with I-797 Notice of Action "The above petition has been approved"

WHAT? How can this be? 68 Days?

Can someone point us towards what to do now? How do we pay the fees? I understand that I should reach out to NVC two weeks after.

Thank you!!!!

Congrats

Please mention above you were filing I_129F and it was DCF.

Secondly for NVC state this might heLp

Just a guess but your received date of noa1 online was by chance November 16?

I'm asking for the date on the "received" part not the noa 1 date.

because there seems to be something in November 16 that you're the 4th person to get it like this.

so before this when you entered their website to track, what was the date uscis site told you is my question?

Edit: either way congratulations by the way :)

Ah, thank you for the clarification. Yes, the "received" was indeed November 16th.

I wonder what's up with that week?

Thank you! :)

The problem is these approvals are not updated online so we have no proof... and I don't think anyone would help with that..

if they were to send me one, I would be on the phone asking hey dude what's happening, I have friends waiting in June

but probably thats only because I don't want my noa 2 too early anyway 😂

I am so happy for you guys! Yes, it's totally frustrating to people who are waiting longer but it's something we all dreamed about since filing: to be that one abnormal case they approved way ahead of the rest. I am so happy its you and we can share in your joy. I hope the rest of the proces goes just as smoothly for you.
