What do you mean..... ? I know that you have to be a US citizen to sponsor on a K1 so I am not really sure what you are trying to say....? Did you read the previous comments before my comment?

Thats a very common scenario. For the CR spouse visa you need to show EITHER current domicile in the US or intent to re-establish domicile.  There are examples on VJ on how to show intent to re-establish. Its not very hard.
