What are you talking about 7 years? There was a case on here where a woman did the whole thing in about a year and only went back to her home country the last month for consular processing. That's right you don't venture out of CEHST at all you stay here and troll away.

Arrested, jailed for two days, and was released in a red state. No sanctuary cities exist in Indiana. A simple fingerprint check would have revealed his deportations, fake ID, and illegal presence.

How many times on VJ have we seen a "immigration attorney" lead people in the wrong direction and cause the process to be fudged up somewhere? They might have only got the attorney AFTER he got picked up by ICE.

you're the one that assumed they hadn't done their homework and now your discrediting the homework they did. sure hope strangers don't judge your immigration process the way you judge everyone else.

I agree but for the Lawrence FO, I forgot the number of times I read news like this last year. I wouldn't think the attorneys would trash their reputations like this. If this guy really gets deported, now the attorney's name is all over the news, I don't think even the simplest legal cases would want to work with him.

 

The guy was supposed to have his court 2 days ago but didn't see any updates yet. Will update if I could find something.
