Could you guys answer this as welly wife got her visa data summary and had one letter spelling errors on her aliases but everything else is correct. Her visa on her passport matches the front page. Will she have any problems?

I personally wouldn't worry about a one letter typo ...   after all it is only the data summary sheet, not the visa itself

Thank you do you happen to know what the data summary Is to supposed to be for  and who will look at it?

You will hand the DO NOT OPEN envelope w/attached Data Summary Sheet to the CBP agent at POE .... then watch what they do with that envelope ... stand back!

Exactly ..    

 

When my wife handed the agent her DO NOT OPEN envelope, he stuck his finger in the cut corner and torn it apart, papers were everywhere.  He then sorted through the mess finding the document(s) he wanted, gathered the rest up in a stack, did a computer thing for a minute or two.  After that he had my wife do the "biometrics thing",  scanned her passport .. and then did a quick scan of my passport.  No .. Welcome to America for my wife  .. off we went.

 

Luggage and customs was next.
