I-130 still not Approved

I am PR and I applied for my husband I130 on February 2017. Uscis sent me the priority date as 23rd Feb 2017. 

Mt husband lives in Sri Lanka. We still did not get the approval. When we do the inquiry they said our case is still on normal processing time. 

 

I am 1 month pregnant now and I need to find what i can do to bring my husband to usa sooner. Thank you

Unless your PD is outside the normal processing timelines (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do), there's nothing to do but wait. If it is past that date, you can submit a service request to try to get more info.

 

That said, even if the I-130 was approved today, it wouldn't get him a visa any faster since his PD must be current before NVC will process the case. There's still ~another 6 months before that happens.

I do not get F2A? What is that means? So do i have to stay another year ?

The family preference category for a spouse of an LPR is F2A. Your Priority Date (PD) must be at or after the date on that chart for their country of chargability before NVC can continue processing the case.

 

The number of visas in each category are limited annually, so those who filed in front of you get an opportunity at a visa first. The PD is basically your spot in line here.

 

At the current rate, about 11 months is expected. Although, typically the category tends to have ~18 month wait....it's just moving slowly right slowly right now due to a lot of people in the F2A category. So it could be a year, 6 months, or longer. For example, February's visa bulletin has F2A pushed up to March 2016 (2 months ahead in only 1 month). Sometimes it won't advance at all or even go backwards...based on how many people already in line actually get a visa in that category.

Uscis is proccesing cases from Nov 2016, so u have to wait a couple of months i think u will recieve the approval maybe in April. Just wait.
