Hi everyone! I’m a January filer and I’ve been lurking in the site for quite some time now and this forums have helped me a lot since filing. I know it’s still going to be 6 months and so but i was wondering how long is the NVC processing in Manila for K1 and on I-134 do i have to submit 3 yrs of income tax? And do I really need to send a bank statement stating my current balance?

Thank you in advance.

ugh the waiting game is such a pain 😩

I-130?  I-130 is not the correct petition for a Fiancee visa

YMMV

Sorry I meant I-134

Typically takes 1 or 2 months from petition approval to get to Manila...  The i-134 is presented if required at the time of the interview at the Embassy

YMMV

you don’t have to submit it unless they asked for it?

Nope.  And Manila doesn't ask for it all that often.  Doesn't mean you are not prepared

NVC only does very basic "processing" of an I-129F. typically it takes about a week and then they send it to the embassy.

That said, according to recent monthly filer threads, there is a significant backlog from NOA2 to NVC receiving the petition. It's as much as a month or so. I wouldn't anticipate that kind of delay holding up, but just be aware that it's currently there.

USEM COs rarely ask for the I-134, but you should have one ready in case they do. The most recent tax year's transcript is sufficient.

USEM COs generally do not consider assets for the I-134. Even then, if income is sufficient then assets aren't necessary anyway.
