Hi,

My beneficiary holds a Ukrainian passport. And she ONLY works and lives in the Philippines on a work contract.

Does i need to submit her work contract to the K1 packet indicating that she lives in the Philippines NOT in Ukraine.

and where will her interview take place.. is it in Ukraine or Philippines?

thank you so much

Hello
I'm citizen of Ukraine and beneficiary, but live and work in Poland. When we filled i129f we didnt give any documents from my work. i think this documents your beneficiary will have to bring for the interview or (hopefully not) RFE in process. But there is no information that you will have to provide that kind of documents. Its the same as with other visas, she will need to show her legal staying in country where she will have interview, thats it.
Her interview gonna be where you want, Ukraine or Philippines, if she will continue working working there till you both will get NOA2 etc so you can apply in Philippines.

I'm almost certain we replied this question before...

you just put the embassy of one of those whichever fits you. You're already writing her address there so they will understand she works there and lives there.

you don't need to send anything with it.

believe me this is not a rare situation.

Interview can occur in the country of residence or if you choose the country of Nationality.  They will default to the country of residency first
