I can't attest to that specific question, but there were two boxes I forgot to check in my AOS application. I didn't get an RFE, I was just asked to answer in front of the officer, and signed a paper saying I amended my application. No problem at all.

I understand that. But it would do no harm if we do that, right?

Yep. I made a small mistake on the I-129f, sent in a correction along with copy of the NOA1 a couple months after I had mailed the petition in. Correction was included in file that was sent to NVC, then embassy. USCIS isn't always incompetent :).

Hi, for some reasons my fiancé and I forgot to check one of those boxes under the Multiple Filer Waiver Request Info before he sent the application. We've just realized it now when we checked the i-129f form again. He has never filed a petition before and this is his first time.

Any of you know what the USCIS would do in cases like this? Are we gonna get denied just because of it? What should we do?

Thank you!

Actually we made the same mistake. I realized that this conversation was made many months ago, but did anyone get rfe's for that?

I wouldn't agree that you wouldn't be denied for not checking a box. I accidentally checked the K3 box instead of the K1. It resulted in a RFE requesting information about my marriage which of course hadn't happened. My answer was that I was petitioning for a k1 not a k3. I was denied shortly after at which time I noticed the error. However you can't send additional information and expect it to make way to your file. They will just return it and if you send a new petition form they may also send a denial of what they consider a subsequent petition.
