depending on who is out of the country husband or wife, the one in Morocco needs to get police clearance certificate. If either were married and divorced is where the court records come into, you will need to submit a copy of the divorce decree and take the originals to the interview.

You will need to submit a copy of both birth certificates, and make a copy and take a copy and the original to interview

you need to submit to NVC, a copy of both your birth certificate or proof of citizenship, her birth certificate, her police clearance, the AOS and the financial proof.

Anything you submit in copies must be taken the original form to her interview.

a Fiche Anthropometrique and a Casier Judiciaire

apply for these in home city police department

both criminal reports are needed about the Moroccan

they must be sent in to NVC (in one mailing) along with the bar code letter NVC will send to you with list of other needed documents and proofs

good way to send the reports from Morocco is thru chrono post (about 4 days )

i am assuming you are the one naturalizing and spouse is in Morocco as you say AOS and IV at NVC
