No real point.  We all wish we knew.  There is just no way to try to justify their approval schedule.  I do believe that July and August will have it much easier than May and June.

No reason to be sorry.  I hope I didn't't sound short with you.  It is just very difficult to figure out what is going on.  On top of the weirdness in approvals, only SOME get updated online.  Some people only get their approvals in the mail.  We are all guessing.

Thank you ..... You are so kind 😊😊 yes they should update it online too so that beneficiary can also know when they check status.....otherwise sometimes petitioner may not be able to check mail

You can download the app for iPhone or Android.  Just search USCIS Case Tracker in the app store.  I use iPhone and the app is called "Case Tracker".  You can put in you WAC# and get updates (if they happen to update you).  Rose uses that app in The Philippines so it should be available worldwide.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

Then some embassies are misinterpreting that 2 year rule

one of our VJ members was denied as they said she had not seen him within   2 years of the interview in the NOIR

she repsonded with airline tickets and passport as she had been there within 5 months and they reaffirmed and they now have visa / he arrived in Florida last week

but this took a year to get the NOIR letter and respond and new interview

i can not find any info that says someone has to meet within 2 years of interview but several embassies are saying that

My husband was asked and luckily i was there outside embassy
