As far as I am aware, the 2 year meeting is only for being able to file the petition...

Now, that being said, at interview if it's been 2+ years since either of you saw eachother, depending on the embassy, that could look bad.

But again a lot of us are apart 1+ years, we hadn't seen eachother in a year and a half by his interview; but again can depend on the embassy.

Perhaps reach out to some other Nepal users and look through their timelines and see how their experiences were when dealing with the embassy.

We are at day 246.  I feel your pain.  The 2 years is prior to filing.  You may want to work out a way to meet again since it is up the to the CO to determine if the relationship is bona fide.  Try to work it out so they will not have any questions at all.  Good luck.

No.  The rule is that you have to meet within 2 years of filing the paperwork.  You have done that.  The issue now is proving that your relationship is real.  That is up to the CO at the interview.

CO is the Consular Officer.  They give the interviews at the Embassy.

There is really no way to guess.  My case is outside of the norm but there is still no way to guess what USCIS is doing.

If you have your NOA1 it has a WAC number.  You can track yourself with that.  It also has the "Received Date".  That is what we use here to determine when you filed.

Yes, you are "officially" a July filer.  You may hear something very soon.  July approvals are happening pretty consistently right now.

Well....you would think that is an easy question.  Currently they are working on April, May, June, July, August and there have been approvals in October and November...  It is easier to NOT try to figure out what is going on.

They are working on many months simultaneously would probably be the best answer.

No real point.  We all wish we knew.  There is just no way to try to justify their approval schedule.  I do believe that July and August will have it much easier than May and June.

No reason to be sorry.  I hope I didn't sound short with you.  It is just very difficult to figure out what is going on.  On top of the weirdness in approvals, only SOME get updated online.  Some people only get their approvals in the mail.  We are all guessing.
